Our recommendation

Same belt size, opposite philosophies. Buy the 1750 if guided classes will actually happen in your house and you want decline. Buy the F80 if you program your own runs and want the heavier frame and the console that never expires. Over five years, add membership cost to the 1750 before comparing totals.

Grade range vs incline height

The 1750 spans -3% to 12%, the F80 climbs higher to 15% but never goes below flat. Hill walkers favor the Sole; course-specific runners who need downhill work favor the NordicTrack.

Console futures

The 1750's screen improves with software and depends on it. The F80's console is finished on delivery day, for better and worse. Owners who hate updates love the Sole; owners who love new classes love the 1750.

  • You want the heaviest, quietest deck at speed
  • Warranty and support reputation decide your buys
