Our recommendation

Buy the E25 if you want the geometry and will watch your own screen anyway. Buy the E35 if pedal comfort, glide weight, or the touchscreen will decide whether you still use the machine in year two.

Flywheel and pedals

The E35 carries 25 lb against the E25's 20 lb, and adds three-position adjustable pedals with an inward tilt. The E25's pedals are cushioned but fixed. On long sessions, that adjustability is the difference owners cite most.

Console and width

A 10.1 inch touchscreen against a backlit LCD, and a 31 inch width against 24 inches. The E25 is the easier machine to place; the E35 is the easier machine to watch.

Choose Sole E35 Elliptical if…

  • You train 45 minutes or longer at a time
  • Foot numbness has bothered you on other machines
  • You want entertainment on the console itself

Choose Sole E25 Elliptical if…

  • Your room or doorway is narrow
  • You use a TV or tablet for media
  • You want the value pick in the Sole line

Do they share the same warranty support and parts network?

Both are Sole machines with the brand's home-use warranty structure, which varies by component. Check the current terms for each model before ordering, as coverage lengths differ across the line.
